For over three decades, our founders have played a defining role in the evolution of local and international catering standards—from fine dining innovation to high-volume industrial operations.
Over the last 33 years, our Founders have worked for the biggest Caterers locally and Internationally, developing the latest technology, concepts and training in all areas of Hospitality.
For the last 10 years in The Kingdom, we have worked with and for the top 5 Caterers in Saudi Arabia and have witnessed the strengths and weaknesses in all of them.
Through this extensive experience spanning three decades, we’ve seen how the industry evolves and where it needs to go. We’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and most importantly—what the future demands.
The Catering landscape changed dramatically following Covid and the large number of companies before the Pandemic was reduced significantly. The remaining survivors continue to focus in their specific Sectors, and none have really changed the way they do things for many years.
With the rapid growth and Vision 2030 Goals, there is a need to change, to be wiser, more agile and realistic in the changing demands of the country.
National Catering was founded to solve this growing need in the Kingdom: world-class catering without hidden costs. We provide a straight pass through of our costs on staff, suppliers, overheads and even net profit so that our clients can see exactly how our tariffs are calculated.
